In case of manufacturing defects, we will provide 1 to 1 exchange. For the exchange policy to be valid, items have to be mailed back within 40 days from the date you receive them. If the specific item is not in stock, we will gladly replace with a similarly priced item of your choice. Please note that this policy is only applicable for direct online store purchases with us.
Items which are damaged after delivery are not valid for exchange e.g. due to usage, handling, water damage, tearing etc.
While we always strive to give you the best experience possible, granting or rejecting of a claim (in part or whole) is solely based on the judgement of our experienced staff.
