PayPal

Payment

  • We accept PayPal payments. Log in to your PayPal account to continue paying with PayPal.
  • We also accept credit card payments via PayPal. Select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”. You will arrive at the “PayPal Guest Checkout” page on which you will be required to enter your card details.

Refund

  • For refunds and order cancellations, contact us via phone, email or the contact form to inform us on your refund/cancellation.
  • PayPal refunds will be done within 1 working day and will be credited back to your PayPal account or debit/credit card, whichever was used for payment.
  • It will take 7 to 30 days for the refund amount to appear on your card statement. Click here for more information on PayPal refunds.

GrabPay

Payment

  • We accept GrabPay payments.
  • Orders with “On Hold” status:
    • Should you exit the payment page before it is completed, or if an error occurs while making payment, your order may be captured on our system. However, it will be indicated as “On Hold”.
    • Contact us and we will assist to change your “On Hold” orders to “Failed”.
    • Once the status has been changed to “Failed”, you will be able to continue to make payment for the same order if you wish to keep it. Refer to the section below on how to make payment for “Failed/Pending Payment” orders.

Refund

  • We are also able to process refunds for orders paid with GrabPay.
  • For refunds and order cancellations, contact us via phone, email or the contact form to inform us on your refund/cancellation.
  • GrabPay refunds will be done within 3 working days and will be credited back to your GrabPay wallet.
  • It will take 1 – 5 business days for the refund amount to be credited back to your GrabPay wallet.

Atome

Payment of purchases can also be made with Atome, an interest-free installment plan for your convenience.

Payment

  • Download the Atome app from the App Store or Google Play on your phone. Create an Atome account if you do not have one.
  • Select “Atome” on the Checkout page.
  • Your total order amount is split into 3 equal bills, the first of which you will make payment for at checkout. The next two payments will be made 30 days and 60 days later, respectively. Note: (1) To pay by installment with Atome, the minimum order amount at checkout is $30. (2) Fixed late payment fee will be applied if payment(s) is/are not made on time.
  • Check the status of your payment schedule under “Bills” on the Atome app. Once all installment payments have been made, you will be notified that you have completed your payment cycle.

Refund

  • For refunds and order cancellations, contact us via phone, email or the contact form to inform us on your refund/cancellation.
  • Atome refunds will be done within 3 working days and will be credited back to your debit/credit card, whichever was used for payment.
  • It will take 3 – 5 business days for the refund amount to be credited back to your credit card (if credit card was used to transact), or bank account (if debit card was used to transact).

How to Utilise Atome Vouchers

  • Note: Vouchers can only be used on the Atome app.
  1. Select “Atome” as payment method on the Checkout page, and click “Place Order”. You will be redirected to Atome’s payment page.

Refunds via Bank Transfer

  • Payments made via other payment methods (i.e. not PayPal, Atome or GrabPay) will be refunded via bank transfer.
  • Contact us via phone, email or the contact form to inform us on your refund/cancellation.
  • Please provide us your full name, bank name and bank account number.
  • Refunds via bank transfer will take up to 14 days from the day of submission of bank details.

Failed/Pending Payments

Steps to make payment for orders with failed/pending payments:

  1. Login to your account on sg.kinohimitsu.com
  2. If on desktop, click on your username on the top right corner. If on mobile, click on the human icon on the top right corner.
  3. On the Dashboard, you will see your recent orders. On mobile, scroll down the page to view them.
  4. Under order #XXXXX, you will see the status of your order (i.e. “Failed/Pending Payment”), and three green buttons. Click the “Pay” button.
  5. On the payment page, select your preferred payment method and proceed to make payment.
  6. Once payment is complete, your order status will change to “Processing”. We will then process your order as per normal.
  7. Note: If you have chosen to switch to Atome, please screenshot your Atome bill page from the Atome app and email it to us at info@kinobiotech.com. We will then do a cross-check to confirm that payment was successful.

      • Open the Atome app and click on “Bill” in the menu at the bottom of the screen.
      • Select your Kinohimitsu transaction.

Order Processing

  • Orders will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once processing is done, parcels will be shipped out on the next available parcel collection day for courier delivery.
  • Orders will be delivered between 2 to 5 working days from the date of processing, however, may take longer during promotion periods.
  • If you have not received your parcel after 5 working days, please email us at info@kinobiotech.com with your order number.

Home Delivery

  • Purchases and delivery orders for Singapore only.
  • Free courier delivery for orders $80 and above, after discount codes have been applied.
  • Additional $10 delivery fee for orders below $80.
  • Delivery timings are Mondays to Friday: 9am – 6pm, Saturdays: 9am – 4pm, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders will be delivered between 2 to 5 working days from the date of processing, however, may take longer during promotion periods.
  • If you have not received your parcel after 5 working days, please email us at info@kinobiotech.com with your order number.

 

bluPort Collection

  • bluPort self-pickup service will no longer be available.
  • Collect at your own convenience with over 132 automated self-collection parcel terminals. View available bluPort locations here.
  • Parcel collection by bluPort from our facility is only on Tuesdays and Fridays. Should you make your order on or after the collection day, your parcel will be picked up by bluPort on the next available collection day.

 

Self-collection at Tai Seng

  • Self-collection is suspended until after Phase 2 (Heightened Measures). Orders that have already been placed under Self-collection will also not be available for pickup until after Phase 2 (Heightened Measures). Affected customers will be notified via email of the new arrangement.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is ready for collection.
  • To self-collect at our Tai Seng office, select “Self-collection” on the Cart page.

*Note: Vouchers are only available for purchase from 6 July onwards.

How to Purchase ShopBack Vouchers

  1. Download/login to the ShopBack app.
  2. Click on the Vouchers icon in the menu bar.
  3. Search for the Kinohimitsu Voucher and select it.
  4. Link and pay with your credit/debit card (or cashback if you already have cashback in your account).
  5. Get cashback on your purchase instantly.

 

How to Use ShopBack Vouchers

  1. Once you have received your unique promo code, insert your promo code in the Coupon field on the Cart or Checkout page as per normal.
  2. Free delivery is provided for all orders using ShopBack vouchers.
  3. All ShopBack vouchers are single-use and strictly no extension to the validity allowed.
  4. ShopBack vouchers cannot be used in combination with other store promo codes.
  5. Once ShopBack vouchers are used, any unused amount is strictly non-redeemable for cash or store credit.
  6. If your order total is more than the voucher amount, you will only need to pay for the excess amount via PayPal, Atome or GrabPay.
  7. ShopBack vouchers CANNOT be used to purchase items and bundles in the Special Sale category. Items and bundles in this category will be updated from time to time, hence it is advisable for you to check if your ShopBack voucher can be used to offset the items you intend to purchase. Such items include bundles that are running Buy-1-Free-1 promotions, 4 Months’ Supply: Collagen Diamond / Collagen Men / Collagen Nite / ProWhite, Bundle of 4: Collagen Beauty / BB Drink / BustUp / UV-Bright, and Bundle of 6: Collagen Beauty / BB Drink / BustUp / UV-Bright.
