Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 bulbs shallots
  • 1 can Kinohimitsu abalone
  • 3 strands chives

 

Steps

  1. Finely mince garlic and shallots
  2. Chop up chives
  3. Sautee garlic and shallots till slightly browned
  4. Lightly sauté Kinohimitsu abalone with 2-3 tbs of abalone sauce
  5. Plate abalone with garlic, shallots and chives on top
  6. Serve warm
