Ingredients

  • ½ Asian pear
  • 2 bottles Kinohimitsu Bird’s nest with Ginseng
  • 8 red dates
  • Handful Goji berries

 

Steps

  1. Shave and cut pear in cubes
  2. Pit the red dates
  3. Add cut pear, red dates and goji berries into a pot
  4. Add 3 cups of water to the pot, enough to cover the ingredients
  5. Boil all ingredients for 30 minutes or until pear is easy to pierce with a fork
  6. Turn off the fire and let it cool for 10 minutes
  7. Add in Kinohimitsu Bird’s nest with Ginseng
  8. Serve hot
