Ingredients

  • ¼ papaya
  • Milk (according to preference)
  • 100ml water
  • 2 bottles Bird’s nest with Jasmine

 

Steps

  1. Cut ¼ papaya into cubes
  2. Place the cut papaya and 100ml of water into a bowl
  3. Double boil the papaya in bowl for 20 minutes
  4. Take off heat
  5. Add Kinohimitsu bird’s nest into the bowl
  6. Take the double boiled papaya with bird’s nest out and pour desired amount of milk into the bowl
