Ingredients

- EOC 75 g x 1
- Shiitake Mushrooms pieces
- Carrot pieces
- Chicken thigh pieces (optional)
Steps
- Beat egg
- Add EOC and 75 g water *tip use EOC bottle to measure!
- Pour egg water mixture in Chawanmushi cup
- Cut carrots, mushrooms and chicken in desired shape
- Place them in the cup
- Steam at low heat for about 15 minutes
- Remove and serve warm
