- Fussili pasta approx. 57 g
- Shredded Chicken thigh 30 g
- Carrot ½ cup
- EOC 75g x 2
- Salt ½ tsp
- Spinach 1 cup
- Parsley ½ cup
Steps
- Prepare carrot
- Boil pasta, carrot and chicken
- Shred chicken
- Put EOC, 750 ml of water, salt, shredded chicken and carrot to boil
- Let the mixture boil for 15 minutes on low heat
- Add cooked pasta and parsley into the pot
- Plate and serve
