    this is delicious. I add to my oats in the morning at 8am and it keeps me really full until 12pm. It is little sweet, taste good and I love the smell!

    Bought the Royal Black. exp date 11/25. Mildly sweet, pleasant taste. great as a breakfast drink . just started on it so can't see the benefits yet,however , trusting it for the health benefits.
