At Kinohimitsu, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no refund and exchange policy, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect upon arrival.


Refund & Exchange Eligibility

🔹 No Refunds for Change of Mind – Once an order is placed, it is considered final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for personal preference, change of mind, or incorrectly selected items.

🔹 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products – If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order. Our team will review your case and arrange for a replacement if eligible.

🔹 Subscription Orders – Subscription purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please ensure to cancel your subscription before your next billing cycle if you do not wish to continue. Any changes to product selection or frequency will take effect on the next billing cycle.

🔹 Special Circumstances – If you have a concern beyond defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please reach out to us for a case review. We may, at our discretion, assess your request, but supporting evidence (such as photos, videos, or detailed explanations) will be required for us to consider any resolution. Kinohimitsu reserves the right to determine eligibility on a case-by-case basis.


How to Request for an Exchange

✔ Your order number
✔ A clear photo of the item received (if defective or incorrect)
✔ A brief description of the issue

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide further instructions on the exchange process.


Important Notes

🔹 Products must be unused and in their original packaging for an exchange to be considered.
🔹 Kinohimitsu reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet our policy guidelines.
🔹 Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement item is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
