Delivery Methods

DOORSTEP DELIVERY
  • Purchases and delivery orders for Singapore only.
  • Free courier delivery for orders $80 and above, after discount codes have been applied.
  • Additional $10 delivery fee for orders below $80.
  • Delivery timings are Mondays to Friday: 9am - 6pm, Saturdays: 9am - 4pm, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders will be delivered between 2 to 5 working days from the date of processing, however, may take longer during promotion periods.
  • If you have not received your parcel after 5 working days, please email us at info@kinobiotech.com with your order number.
  • Tracking numbers will not be provided. If you would like to track the parcel, kindly request for your order's tracking number via email at info@kinohimitsu.com
NINJA POINT COLLECTION (NINJA COLLECT)
  • Delivery duration to the collection point: Up to 14 working days, depending on the availability of lockers in the selected collection location.
  • Collect at your own convenience with over 600+ self-collection parcel terminals. View available Ninja Points here.
  • Self-collection by Ninja Collect is free of charge.
  • Once your parcel is ready for collection, you will receive a notification from Ninja Van to collect your parcel.
  • You will have 48 hours to collect your parcel from the collection location, after which the parcel will be returned to our warehouse if left uncollected. If you have a parcel that was returned to our warehouse, please inform us via the Contact Us form and we will make the necessary arrangements to ship it out.
  • Tracking numbers will not be provided. If you would like to track the parcel, kindly request for your order's tracking number via the Contact Us form.
REDELIVERY OF RETURNED PARCELS
  • We will redeliver a returned parcel only once.
  • If a parcel is returned to our warehouse for a second time and the customer would like to have the returned parcel to be delivered again, a delivery charge of $10 will apply. However, if the customer chooses to collect from our main office, it is free of charge.
SELF-COLLECTION AT TAI SENG
  • Please email us at info@kinohimitsu.com to request to change your delivery method to self-collection at the Tai Seng office.
  • This option is currently not available for selection on the checkout page.
