To start the registration above, just select your product and submit your details. Approval is automatic, and your Guarantee period begins right away.
Yes, the Guarantee is open to both new and existing customers. The only exception is when registering a repeat purchase of the same product after your initial registration has expired. Each product follows its own Guarantee period and terms, so please check the product’s page for details.
Not all products are covered by the Guarantee. You can easily check by looking for the Guarantee notice shown below the “Add to Cart” button on the product’s page. The Guarantee details will also appear during registration.
The Guarantee period varies by product (e.g. [XX Days]). You’ll see the exact duration displayed on the product’s page and again during registration.
Yes, you can register more than one product, as long as each product is eligible and within its Guarantee period.
Your Guarantee period begins from the actual date of purchase, not the date of registration. This ensures your coverage is aligned with when you first bought the product.
If you don’t see any improvement after using the product for the full Guarantee period, you may request a refund — no questions asked. Once your request is submitted, we’ll verify it against the Guarantee program rules and the product’s specific T&Cs. If eligible, a refund will be processed. Please note, refunds are the only resolution offered under the Guarantee at this time.
Yes, purchases made from our retail outlets are also eligible, as long as the product is covered by the Guarantee and you register it within the valid Guarantee period. For these purchases, you’ll be asked to upload a photo of your receipt and let us know where you bought the product during registration. This helps us keep your information safe in case you misplace your receipt later.
No waiting is needed — all Guarantee registrations are automatically approved. Your Guarantee starts from the date of purchase, and eligibility is only reviewed if you request a refund. In some cases, we may contact you if the information provided during registration is incomplete or insufficient.
You can easily view your registered products by clicking on the “Check Guarantee” link below the Activate Guarantee button. This will show you all the products you’ve successfully registered and their respective Guarantee periods.
Our Guarantee program currently only applies within Singapore. As long as your purchase is made through our Singapore platforms (e.g. Shopee SG, Lazada SG, TikTok Shop SG, Kinohimitsu SG website, or authorised Singapore retail stores) and shipped within Singapore, you’ll be covered. Purchases made outside of Singapore are not eligible for the Guarantee.
No, subscription purchases are not covered under the Guarantee. Subscriptions are designed to give our loyal customers the best value — locking in great long-term prices and ensuring you receive your products on time, every time, without worrying about missing promotions.
No, the Guarantee period cannot be extended. It’s designed to give new customers the confidence to try our products risk-free within the set timeframe. We believe in the quality of our products, which is why we let you decide if it works for you during the Guarantee period.
